Preventive Services

Our preventive services are comprehensive and include far more than just a cleaning. During your visit we will perform a thorough assessment of all aspects of your dental health. We will take time to evaluate not only the outer appearance of you, but also the actual foundations of your oral health, including your gums, bone and bite.
We also watch for problems with your bite, including warning signs of clenching, grinding or TMJ disorders. We will also do oral cancer screenings of your lips and soft tissues of the mouth. We do this so we can help establish a reliable plan for achieving a long- lasting, beautiful smile from inside out. Periodontal Services

Few diseases are as chronic and as serious as periodontal (gum) disease. It can be relatively painless and asymptomatic. Untreated, gum inflammation (gingivitis) can produce periodontal disease. This can mean pockets between teeth and gums, bone loss and eventual tooth loss. For this reason we meticulously look for the slightest signs of periodontal disease. If there are areas of concern we will not hesitate to offer the latest in in-office therapy Microsonic and Laser techniques. Finally, we will not hesitate to refer you to a periodontal specialist if necessary.
